Tim Finlay

After leaving West Seattle High School, I joined the Navy.  After four years of Navy service, I stayed in San Diego and went to college on the G.I. Bill.  I attended San Diego City College then San Diego State University.  I worked for AT&T for two years before moving to the US Postal Service.  Carried mail on the beach in Mission Beach in the best climate in the country.  Retired after 30 years, with a total of 34 years of government service.
